.There are no cash refunds. We offer credit towards future services or exchange of parts, subject to management approval.

 

.We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a warranty on parts and labor. The warranty on parts is valid for two years from the completion of labor, and the warranty on labor is valid for one year from the completion of labor.

 

.The warranty on both parts and labor is void if another mechanic works on the vehicle and substantially affects the work completed by us.

Please note that oil changes and brakes do not have a warranty as they are routine maintenance services.

 

.Any disputes regarding the refund or warranty policy will be resolved by The Fix Car Care Clinic management, whose decision shall be final.
